You might want to know…

amc is a family-owned business, with its beginnings going back to 1975, in Brooklyn, NY. I won’t bore you here with the history. If you’re interested, you can find it in the 'ABOUT US' tab above.

Here’s a few things you should know…

Your guarantee – is for 30 days from the date of invoice. However, at a later date, if you feel you have not received fair value for your purchase, let us know. We’ll do our best to make sure you're happy with our products and service.

Your credit card – is not charged until we ship your order. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and Amex. We do not keep your credit card information on file.

Your open business account – is for 30 day terms, with an approved credit application. Please mail your payment within 30 days of the invoice date. We make allowance for postal time, but we are pretty firm about open account terms. We may not ship to an account with past due invoices, or a repeated late payment history.

Your lead time – is normally 4 to 5 business days for stock products. Custom and special order times will vary and will usually be quoted with our proposal. Occasionally, we may be back-ordered on an item or color. 

Your shipping charges – are prepaid and added to your invoice. For speed and economy, we will ship FedEx, UPS or USPS. We do not ship orders c.o.d.

Your returned merchandise – may not be accepted if you do not call Customer Service and get a Return Authorization number. Without an RA number, your accepted return will almost certainly encounter some processing issues.

Your value expectations  - will be met through use of choice materials,carefully engineered processes and many years of learning product applications from our customers. Occasionally, we may have to substitute materials or components. Every once in awhile, a human makes a mistake. That's why we offer you our fair value guarantee.

Your overall satisfaction -  with our products and how we do business, is what it's all about. We get it. We want to be around for another almost 50 years.
